Unwinding mechanism: Adopt automatic closed-loop tension control system and unwinding ultrasonic coil diameter monitoring;Operating platform: The mid-mounted operating platform is convenient to observe the cutting state and to adjust the knife and other operations;Dust removal system: Unique negative pressure vacuuming cavity structure with static elimination device;

Industrial vacuum cleaner: It is used to collect pole piece dust;
Edge material pulling mechanism: Edge materials on both sides are independently and automaticly pulling with independent control of tension and separate edge bins automatically collect edge materials;

Rewinding mechanism: The upper and lower slip shafts are equipped to ensure the same winding tension of each roll;
Main frame: The base is natural aging treatment of large castings, which is stable for long time without deformation;
